Real Estate in Blaine MN For The Week Ending April 20, 2020

Homes are still selling in Blaine amid the Corona Virus situation.  Last week in Blaine:

- Closed Sales - 14 - Down from 16 the prior week and 22 the same week in 2019

- Pending Sales - 25 homes went to a Pending Status last week versus 16 the week prior.  

- New Listings - 26 (4 coming soon) homes hit the market last week in Blaine.  

The Median Sales price for the last three months have increased about 10% to $290,000, the average days on market for all housing types has increased a touch at 30 days.   New listings in March of 2020 match the same number in 2019, 134.
