Real Estate In Blaine Minnesota Weekly Numbers

Here are some key numbers for the Real Estate Market in Blaine last week: 

New Listings - Last week there were 16 new listings, bringing the total active homes for sale to 116. 

Pending Sales - There were 23 new Pending Sales last week, bringing the total to 175.

Closed Sales - Last week 19 homes closed (sold), bringing the total for the month to 64.  There were 138 closed sales in September this year, down from 158 in August, 2020.  There were 127 closed sales in Blaine in October of 2019.  

It seems we may be starting our seasonal slow down as the number of new listings are falling even further and homes are selling just a bit slower.  Days on market are still good with a median of 13, but the rush to new listings and multiple offers just feels a little less frantic than it had a few months ago.  

The market is still performing remarkably well considering all the challenges 2020 brings.
