Here are some numbers for the week ending March 15th, 2020:

 

New Listings: 23

New Pending Sales: 19

Total Pending Sales: 126

Closed Sales: 22, up from 12 this week last year.  

Total closed sales are up over 10% year over year in Blaine, MN through March 15th, 2020.  

 

The new obvious challenge to the Real Estate Market is the spread of the Corona Virus.  As of now it has not shown too many signs of slowing the Real Estate Market down but we are keeping an eye on it as things are changing rapidly.
