Real Estate Blaine Weekly Market Stats 

Homes are still selling amid the Covid - 19 crisis.  Last week in Blaine 16 homes SOLD (went Pending) and 16 more CLOSED, this was only down 5 from the same week last year.  26 homes were listed last week, versus 23 from the week before, bringing the number of active listings to 180. (including coming soon listings) 

The good news is the market is remaining active and homes are selling.  Challenging times are still ahead but people still want and need to buy and sell homes.  In Minnesota Real Estate remains an essential business and pretty much all facets are operating smoothly.
