Here are a few key number for Blaine last week:
New Listings - Last week there were 17 new listings in the Blaine market, bringing the total to 108.
Pending Sales - Last week there were 26 new pending sales (vs. 17 new listings), bringing the total to 170.
Closed Sales - There were 21 closed sales last week, bringing the monthly total to 95. In September 2020 there were 139 closed sales.
Quick Summary:
As you can see more homes came off the market last week than were newly listed. This continues the trend of very low inventory in the area, homes for sale were down over 40% from last year. Buyer demand continues to be high due to low mortgage rates and the low inventory. This also keeps pushing the median sales price higher, which was $292,000 last month, up over 8% from last year.
