Real Estate in Blaine Minnesota Weekly Numbers

The real estate market in Blaine continues to perform pretty well during all that 2020 has thrown at it. Inventory is still the main concern for buyers. Low mortgage rates and low inventory has helped sellers obtain higher sales prices. Here are a few key numbers from last week:
There were 29 new listings last week bringing the the total number of homes on the market to 143 in Blaine, there were 186 homes on the market at the end of August.
There are 184 Pending sales (under contract) with 24 of those from last week. And there were 25 Sold or Closed transactions last week, bringing September's total number to 62. There were 158 closed sales in August.
