Here are a few key numbers from last week in Blaine:
New Listings - There were 14 new listings last week, bringing the total listings to 120.
Pending sales - there are a total of 182 pending sales, 29 went pending last week.
Closed sales - there were 23 closed transactions last week bringing the total number for September to 88.
Inventory numbers continue to decline, as you can see from the numbers more houses came off the market than came to the market. Combine the low inventory with record low mortgage rates and this creates real buyer demand for any property that comes on the market that is in good shape and is priced right.
