Real Estate Blaine Minnesota Weekly Market Numbers 

December 20, 2020 

New Listings - 10, brining the total active listings to 71. 

Pending Sales - 17, bringing the total to 123

Closed Sales  - 28, bringing the total YTD sales to 1311, up from 1255 year over year. 

The story this year continues to be low inventory, low mortgage rates, and increasing home values.   Market values are up almost 8% from last year bringing affordability into question, specifically for first time home buyers.  We may be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for the Covid Pandemic as vaccine homes and the return of Spring in a few months.  The real estate market continues to perform well with plenty of buyer demand and hopefully more people will list their home for sale after the new year to help relieve the constrains on inventory.
