Real Estate in Blaine, MN Weekly Numbers 

For The Week Ending April 10, 2020

Mortgage rates are keeping buyer activity strong in the current market but inventory is sill an issue as we move through the CoronaVirus problem. There is usually a spike in new listings starting in April through the Spring months and we have not seen that yet.  

Right now in Blaine there are 186 total properties for sale or coming to the market in the next 60 days with 29 of those listed last week.  This is down about 40 properties from this time last year.  

There are 129 total pending sales with 19 new pending sales from last week, staying pretty level from the week before that saw 18 new pending sales. 

There were only 9 closed sales last week versus 40 the week prior.
