The real estate market continues to perform pretty well the Blaine and the Twin Cities markets. Fueled by low rates and low inventory, buyer demand is very high and this is pushing home values up. Here are some key numbers from last week:
There were 27 new listings last week bringing the total active listings to 141.
Pending sales last week totaled 22, bringing the overall total to 184.
There were 11 closed sales last week, bringing the year to date total to 876.
