Here are some key numbers from last week: 

New Listings - There were a total of 37 homes listed for sale last week, 7 were listed in a Coming Soon status, 13 have accepted offers already, and this leaves 10 still available to purchase.   This also brings the total number of homes for sale to 114.

Pending Sales - 33 homes went into a Pending Status (sold waiting to close), bringing the total to 172. 

Closed Sales - Last week 18 home sales closed bringing the total year to date in Blaine to 250, versus 272 this time last year.

Market Factors  

Some key market factors continue to be lack of inventory, rising mortgage rates, inflation, the Ukraine conflict, and increasing Covid 19 numbers again.   Even with these challenges if you are selling a home you can expect strong buyer demand and in most cases multiple offers.  We are starting to see some price reductions and slightly longer days on market so pricing your home correctly remains imperative.
